Stray Aid Donation

In December 2021 our Student Leadership team raised money for Stray Aid in Coxhoe. They are the only charity permitted to accept stray dogs on behalf of Durham County Council, Darlington Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council and Hartlepool Council. They strive to provide a safe haven for stray, abandoned and unwanted dogs from the region. The £200 will be used to pay for vet bills and food for the stray animals. Three of our student leaders visited the shelter to deliver the cheque, and met “Mickey” and other rescue animals.
