Our Amazing Young Writers

Miss Gibbs recently ran a competition, open to all students, asking them so write about something or someone that inspires them – whether it be a particular person they know, a book or a character who they really relate to.

We received some amazing entries and it was so hard to choose between them all.

Congratulations to Brodie and Joycelyn who have been chosen as our winners – Joycelyn for her piece on how reading inspires her, and Brodie for her fantastic poetry. They were wonderful to read and thoroughly deserving winners. We hope they both enjoy spending their Book Tokens and also reading the book prizes they received.

Both Brodie and Joycelyn had clearly put so much thought, effort and consideration into their entries, and they were a joy to read’ said Miss Gibbs.
