Primary Netball Fun!

On Wednesday the 29th March, Go Well hosted the primary school netball cup and shield tournaments which took place here at FBEC. 16 teams from the local primary schools turned up with the hopes of being crowned the winners.

8 of our Sport Leaders helped with the officiating of the event by umpiring and scoring games. Romilly Staines, Courtney Sartain, Lexi Mason and Lexie Houlahan scored the games and Sophie Jones-Stapleton, Hope Johnson, Daisy Wilson and Mia Blakey umpired the games. The role of our Sport Leaders as umpires was to make sure the games were played fairly and safely and our scorers needed high levels of concentration to ensure no scored goal was missed.

As a result of the hard work our Sport Leaders put in along with effort and enthusiasm of the netball teams, the day was a real success.

A massive well done to our leaders who showed great maturity and leadership throughout the day.
