Do the Dash!
On Thursday 16th of June, 7 of FBEC’s School Sport Leaders from Year 7 attended Go Wells Dash event which took place on the site of Kynren in Bishop Auckland.
500 students from 30 primary schools came along to take part in fun track and field events ran by our leaders alongside Go Wells PE apprentices.
The event kicked off with our leaders leading the mass warm up alongside Ebony and Flames, making sure the primary school students were ready for action!
Our leaders each ran a field event station where they measured long jump and chest push efforts.
Our Sport Leaders offered fantastic encouragement towards the performers and supported them throughout the event.
It is always a pleasure attending events such as this one when you have such fantastic students. They have once again excelled themselves, displaying maturity, integrity and excellence. Well done! 🌟
