Cookery Masterclass @ FBEC

On Wednesday 29th June, our catering provider, Chartwells, held a cookery masterclass in school. The executive chef demonstrated his knowledge and experience in fish fileting and cooking, and our students enjoyed learning how to prepare and make their own fish dishes. We will have further cookery masterclasses in the new term.
