Ferryhill School seeks to appoint a caretaker with site and key-holder responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability and experience to carry out all duties required of the post as detailed in the job description.
We are seeking a candidate who will be proactive in the workplace, someone with DIY skills, a problem-solver with the ability to use their own initiative whilst having excellent communication skills and a sense of humour. You will be joining our premises team consisting of 2 caretakers and 14 cleaners overseen by the Premises Manager.
